Lecanora markjohnstonii mtSSU tree

Description

This is a phylogenetic tree inferred from a six-gene dataset from Zhao et al. (2015) to which mtSSU sequences from the new species Lecanora markjohnstonii and a closely-related species Lecanora orientoafricana were added. The tree was reconstructed in order to infer placement of L. markjohnstonii within Lecanora.
