Description
Raw reads (forward and reverse) from sorted and MDA-amplified samples from Pacific Ocean are supplied here. The sample labels refer to the type of sample (cellular or viral) and whether it belongs to the BONCAT active fraction or non-active (inactive). For all samples, click reactions (BONCAT reaction) lasts 6 hours. In addition, code indicates whether it came from the Pacific Ocean (PO).
CA: active cells; 2 sequencing products
CN: inactive cells; 2 sequencing products
VA: activate viruses; 3 sequencing products
VA2: activate viruses; 2 sequencing products
VN: inactivate viruses; 3 sequencing products
PO: Pacific Ocean samples
