ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНЫЕ РИСКИ: ОПЫТ ФУНКЦИОНИРОВАНИЯ НУА

The article addresses the problem of formation and manifestation of risks of various nature and intensity within the education system. Personnel, contingent, finance risks and risks of decline in quality were distinguished and discussed. Possible ways of mitigating the afore-mentioned risks, and above all, the risks of decline in education quality under the conditions of vagueness and «chaos institutionalization» have been suggested. The risks under consideration were shown in the light of the experience gained by Kharkov University of Humanities «Peoples Ukrainian Academy», a continuing education scientific and educational complex.
