Naive B cells, Antibody secreting cells, Plasma cells
Description
Raw Illumina MiSeq data in zipped FASTQ format. The data set includes demultiplexed samples from naive B cells (_20433_), antibody secreting cells (_20434_) and plasma cells (_20435_) obtained from the same Balb/c mouse via sorting. Every sample consists of forward (_R1_), reverse (_R2_) reads (2x250 bp).
