Description

Dataset of gridded crop model simulation results for early-, mid-, and late-maturing maize cultivars across the main maize-growing locations during the major and minor growing season of recent thirty years (1986-2015) in Ghana. The dataset has been generated with the cropping systems model "Agricultural Production Systems sIMulator" (APSIM-classic version 7.10). The simulation results cover a range of crop management scenarios across different nitrogen-fertilisation and plant-density treatments. The definition of all variables in the dataset is provided in the data dictionary.
