Output reports for the Neisseria pipeline
Description
This repository contains the output reports generated by the Neisseria pipeline.
The example_report.zip archive contains a recent output report of the pipeline.
The all_reports.zip archive contains the reports for all samples and runs that were originally generated during the validation.
