Summary

The review of modern research summarizes the recent years data, highlightes factors that lead to preecla mpsia development. Their possible combination is considered which is important in preventing the pathology under discussion. The results are summarized and analyzed in the determination of the most important risk factors for the PE development, obtained due to the meta-analysis of multicenter cohort studies.
