This file contains the nodes and edges of the collaborative network of geoscience journals in 2022 shown in Figure 1 of the manuscript. The Nodes tab contains collaborating countries and their publication counts in the network, and the Edge tab contains the number of collaborated publications between two countries.

This file contains the annual SNA results for publications in the five disciplines between 2000 and 2022 shown in Figure 2 of the manuscript. Five tabs in this file correspond to the five panels in the figure. Data in each tab are as follows:

• Tab 1:  annual number of collaborating countries of networks by disciplines
• Tab 2: annual graph density of networks by disciplines 
• Tab 3: annual average degree of networks by disciplines
• Tab 4: annual average degrees of the geoscience networks by Global North/South countries
• Tab 5: annual average degrees of the geoscience networks by geographic region
