PangeBlocks: customized construction of pangenome graphs via maximal blocks
Description
All data regarding experiments presented in the main manuscript and supplementary material.
- msas created with MAFFT
- pangenome graphs created with VG, PGGB and pangeblocks
- list of sequences and sequences ID used to create the MSAs (SARS-CoV-2 from ENA)
- pangeblocks experiments: scalability (RAM and User Time) and variation graphs creation for each MSA
