Illumina and Oxford Nanopore sequencing datasets (in FASTQ format) generated for the manuscript "Long read sequencing reveals poxvirus evolution through rapid homogenization of gene arrays." Paired-end Illumina MiSeq data are uploaded as two separate files ("r1" and "r2") for each passaged population.
