This directory contains all the files and R script necessary to reproduce the data figures of the manuscript. 

GraffiTE pMEs datasets:
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
This directory contains new pMEs datasets produced by GraffiTE for the different models presented in the manuscript. All datasets have been filtered according to the descriptions given in the Methods and Supplementary Methods sections of the manuscript. These data, along with more intermediate file, metadata and analysis script used to produce the figure are also available in the "Figures" directory.
