Description

Rousettus three lineages as separate fasta files. All locations are the same: Matlapitsi cave in South Africa. The sequence file name starts with the Bat CoV abbreviation (BtCoV) followed by the lineage short hand (AlphaCoV/ Beta for the dominant HKU9 lineage/ and BetaN for the more novel Nobecovirus lineage), the location, the unique ID then the date. eg. BtCoV_Alpha/Matlapitsi/UPE212/2017-09-27
