Профессиональная заболеваемость шахтеров (обзор)

В обзоре представлены сведения об уровне профессиональной заболеваемости и травматизма шахтеров Кузбасса. Приведены данные о структуре профессиональных заболеваний шахтеров. Для ранней диагностики последствий воздействия угольной пыли на организм шахтеров рекомендовано использование конкретных генетических и лабораторных маркеров. Приведены литературные данные об уровне профзаболеваемости шахтеров-угольщиков и структуре их профессиональных заболеваний. Для профилактики профессиональных заболеваний рекомендовано учитывать генетический статус шахтеров.

The review provides information about the level of occupational morbidity and injuries of the miners of Kuzbass. Data about the structure of occupational diseases of the miners are given. For the early diagnosis of the effects of coal dust on the body of miners the use of specific genetic and laboratory markers is recommended. Literature data on the level of occupational diseases of coal miners and the structure of their occupational diseases are given. For the prevention of occupational diseases, it is recommended to take into account the genetic status of miners.
