Dataset accompanying the manuscript "Anti-PD-1 cancer immunotherapy induces CNS immune-related adverse events by Spleen tyrosine kinase activation in microglia".
The Metadata.xls file includes the metadata, the raw image data is saved as .txt file, the segmented cellular expression data is available as csv files.
