Description
Legal epidemiological dataset reviewing and examining divergences among state Indigenous consultation laws of 50 US states, the District of Columbia, and 5 territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands).
This dataset was created to better understand how states and territories in the US engage with Indigenous communities to support their self-determination and honor their knowledge in policymaking.
