Description

This dataset regroups experiments made on the gravitropism of wheat coleoptile. All the original pictures are included. A Matlab file is included with the kinematics extracted for each coleoptiles (skeleton, curvature, orientation, elongation...). The kinematics was extracted using KymoRod (http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/tpj.13255/abstract)
