MiProGut-50 contains 10,865,865 proteins clustered at 50% protein identity.
MiProGut-90 contains 29,232,514 proteins clustered at 90% protein identity.
MiProGut-95 contains 45,676,688 proteins clustered at 95% protein identity.
MiProGut-100 contains 171,389,912 proteins clustered at 100% protein identity.
MiProGut-HQ (same clustering criteria as MiProGut-90) contains 25,266,245 proteins (86.4% of MiProGut-90) whos prediction is supported by a second line of evidence (expression via metatranscriptomics, prediction by multiple tools, or independent prediction of multiple similar proteins within the protein cluster).
