Input data for https://github.com/CCSB-DFCI/TF_isoforms_paper

The input data for the code at https://github.com/CCSB-DFCI/TF_isoforms_paper which generates the figures in the paper "Widespread variation in molecular interactions and regulatory properties among transcription factor isoforms" to be published in Molecular Cell in 2025. This data directory is just to reproduce the analysis and figures. The supplementary data tables contain the original data in a cleaner format than these files.
