Description

RNAseq and ChIRP-seq dataset for the manuscript "MALNC: A new mutant NPM1/IDH2R140 and PML-RARA-associated lncRNA with impact on AML biology, prognosis and drug response".

 

MALNC_1_ChIRPseq_peaks.xls; peak file from MCAS2 peak calling on ChIRPseq linrary replicate 1.

MALNC_2_ChIRPseq_peaks.xls; peak file from MCAS2 peak calling on ChIRPseq linrary replicate 2.

The overlapped peaks between two replicates were used in the manuscript.

MALNC_RNAseq_featurecounts.tsv; bulk RNAseq count table for MALNC knock out samples. 6 sample groups: (1) WT; (2) KOA (MALNC knockout A); (3) KOB (MALNC knockout B); (4) KOC (MALNC knockout C); (5) WTRA (WT treat with ATRA); (6) KORA (MALNC knockout B treat with ATRA). Each sample group has three replicates.
