Description
The data supporting the findings of the study titled "Lithological controls on soil geochemistry regulate microbial carbon use efficiency and carbon storage". lithology mediates the effects of soil aggregates and minerals on microbial carbon use efficiency and microbial necromass stability. Furthermore, despite high mineral abundance reduced microbial carbon use efficiency, it enhanced microbial necromass stabilization through organo-mineral associations.
