This report presents a guide to selecting high-quality commercial antibodies against Sphingosine 1-phosphate receptor 1 (S1PR1) by Western blot and immunoprecipitation and immunofluorescence using a standardized experimental protocol based on comparing read-outs in knockout cell lines and isogenic parental controls.
