A set of an STM data produced by LT STM/FM Qplus microscope with STM profile height files. The data were evaluated for publication : Jałochowski, M.; Kwapiński, T. Notes (English)
Files 'profil 21*.jpg' and 'profil 22*.jpg' contain STM topographic images of the Si(553)-Au sample. The STM bias voltage is included in the file name. On each image, a box is drawn to mark the data selected for the profile line. File 'profiles001.jpg' contains the collected lin
In the sub-directory ‘profile Z22-4 -1V’, files with names from ‘01.jpg’ to ‘16.jpg’ contain STM topographic images of the Si(553)-Au sample with a line drawn to mark the profile position. STM images were recorded with a sample bias of -1V. The files with the same name but with the extension ‘.asc’ are line profiles of the corresponding images Files with the names '50pA -1V.jpg', 'Oct 26 20.34.38 2021 [27-1] STM_Spectroscopy STM +0_5V 50pA.jpg', 'profil 22-4-1_0V', 'profiles001.jpg', 'profiles002.jpg', and 'stm_profil_07.m' are intermediate files with supporting data.
In the sub-sub-directory ‘profile -1V.jpg’ files with names from ’01.jpg’ to 16.jpg’ are STM topographic images of the Si(553)-Au sample with a sample bias of -1V and a line drawn to mark the profile position. File ‘50pA -1V.jpeg’ contains the collected the corresponding line profiles.
