Description

This dataset contains the data used in the paper entitled: "Single-character insertion-deletion model preserves long indels in ancestral sequence reconstruction". The data contains protein sequences of 6 mammals from the OMA repository and reconstructed ancestral sequences of the mentioned proteins using ARPIP. Morevoer, this dataset contains small subset of protein and their ancestral sequences using INDELible. We have performed ancestral sequence reconstruction using ARPIP on simulated data.
