This depository contains the following datasets created from the experiments in the paper:
- The folder "Neuropixels_MatlabFile_rawdata.zip" holds the timestamps, video clips tracking results (analyzed using the software TrackRodent), and the spike times data of each session of all the tasks recorded from Neuopixels implanted animals.
- Further files/folders of the SP, ESPi and ESPs tasks are named with suffix as SP, Isolatn and Restrain respectively.
