Imaging Mass Cytometry analysis of CNS tissues from patients with CAR T immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS). Single-cell segmented data per sample is desposited as csv file, image data is available as tiff files per ROI. An analysis of the data is published in the manuscript tbd.
