Dîwân-i-Muḥammad (ديوان محمّد).

Lyrical poems, exclusively ghazals, by a poet called Muḥammad Miskîn or Miskîn Muḥammad, also the second Muḥammad (see the title given to this collection on fol. 39^a: دويم (read محمّد) ديوان محمدى), not mentioned in any tadhkirah. But besides Muḥammad there appears also in some poems (see, for instance, ff. 39^b, l. 1; 43^b, l. 12; 51^b, II; 52^a, ll. 4 and 10; 55^b, l. 14; 103^a, l. 11; 129^a, l. 15, etc.) the takhalluṣ ‘Abdî, and it is possible that this dîwân is due to the same ‘Abdî who composed, A.H. 1051 (A.D. 1641, 1642), the ترجمۀ تكمله, or poetical paraphrase of Yâfi’i’s خلاصة المفاخر, or legends of the Ḳâdirî saints, particularly ‘Abd-alḳâdir Jilânî; see above, No. 643, and A. Sprenger, Catal., p. 307. The religious charater of these lyrics well agrees with such a supposition. Beginning, on fol. 39^a:

الهى ببركت زعنوان فرقان را

فزونى بره دين بده اهل ايقان را

The arrangement is alphabetical.
