Description
This dataset contains two files, one for the hexamer model of truncated nsp3C (P1558-G1945) obtained with AlphaFold2 and one for the 3D map model (C6 symmetry) generated using cryosparc . This map was obtained from negative-staining EM images of nsp3C reconstituted into POPC nanodiscs.
