Description

Size distribution with DLS. Representative autocorrelation function of the scattered intensity, with the fitting curve according to the Laplace Inversion via CONTIN algorithm,  corresponding scattered intensity-weighted. Number-weighted size distributions of scattering objects of samples described in the article.

 

CONAN assay: samples were checked for purity from exogenous protein contaminants (EPC) with the CONAN assay as described in the article. Data from all subjects analyzed are represented.
