Excel spreadsheets containing numeric values from throughput tests on a high-speed extruder, with textual description.

Each file refers to one specific combination of screw and polymer grade.

The following process variables were recorded:

  • screw speed
  • barrel temperatures
  • mass throughput
  • torque
  • melt pressure at seven axial positions
  • melt temperature distribution at the screw tip
