Association results across the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) on chromosome 6 in female samples only. Note that coordinates are on build hg18. Columns are: 

1. CHR: chromosome
2. SNP: SNP identifier
3. BP: basepair position (hg18)
4. A1: minor allele/tested allele
5. A2: other allele (major allele)
6. FRQ: frequency of the A1 allele
7. INFO: imputation quality info score
8. OR: odds ratio
9. SE: standard error of the t-statistic (note that the t-statistic is not provided in the file)
10. P: p-value of the SNP
