Description

Sets of 100, 200, 2500, and 5000 SNP markers associated with ash dieback resistance were obtained using the genomic prediction approach described in Meger et al. (2024) "Genomic prediction of resistance to Hymenoscyphus fraxineus in common ash (Fraxinus excelsior L.) populations". The work was supported by the National Science Centre, Poland, grant No. 2021/05/X/NZ9/01766.
