greenelab/pancancer: Dimensionality Reduction Evaluation

This release is associated with submission to the 2017 NIPS conference where we use the supervised classifier evaluation software presented in this repository to evaluate the performance of several dimensionality reduction techniques. Included in the evaluation are tybalt models as generated in part of the tybalt release v0.1.3.
