Description

This dataset contains the data, results, figures, R scripts, and a Singularity container used in the study.

To untar and unzip .tar.gz files (in Linux):

tar -zxvf file.tar.gz

All the tar.gz files should untar and uncompress into the same "h5n1" folder. The "Workflow.pdf" file lists the scripts that were used in the analysis and production of figures. 

Please follow the sequence below:
