Precipitation sensitivity

A tar file containing 40*99 ascii text files. 40 corresponds to 40 different dates, and 99 corresponds to 99 different values of model parameters in COAMPS. The file names include the date and an index which varies from 1 to 99, corresponding to the 99 parameter values. Each files is a 45 x 72 grid of real numbers, with each number denoting the 24-hour accumulated precipitation at the corresponding grid point.
