SIM and STORM Folders
Contains a series of raw bead images acquired on the same microscope using either the SIM optics or the STORM optics. In our case, the difference between the two comes from the presence of a 2.5X lens when in SIM mode and a 1.0X lens with astigmatism when in STORM mode.
The images need to have the same name in both folders in order for them to open properly
