SemMed VER43 Sentence Dataset

Description

A version of the official SemMedDB data used for a project under the supervision of Dr. Fitzroy Nembhard, Dept. of Computer Engineering and Sciences, Florida Institute of Technology.

 

Due to size constraints, the complete file was split roughly every 250MB (+/- 15 MB). In order to ensure data integrity, the files should be concatenated in the order based on name. (partaa -> partab ->... -> partdr) .
