SCRIP can be downloaded from https://github.com/wanglabtongji/SCRIP

Curated motif from Cis-BP(http://cisbp.ccbr.utoronto.ca/) and transferred to Homer format.

NOTE: human_cisBP and mouse_cisBP are from Cis-BP.

The scanned BED files were generated by HOMER with the following command: 

scanMotifGenomeWide.pl motif_homer/${i}.motif ${species} -bed > motif_bed/${i/.motif/}.bed
