There are 4 code files, the 'metacommunity_uk_ponds_20230328.Rmd' is to create the figures in the paper, the 'function_barplot.R' and 'function_forest.R' are the supported files to make the figures; the 'model_15species.R' and 'model_48species.R' are for generating the models.
The UK_ponds_metabarcoding_mct_rawdata.zip file contains all the raw sequencing data.
