Dataset of Prognostic Utility of Combined suPAR and Procalcitonin Levels for Mortality Prediction in Sepsis Patients

This is a revised dataset. The suPAR assay information and reporting unit were corrected based on verification of the original laboratory documentation. suPAR values are reported in ng/L according to the BT LAB ELISA kit, and PCT values above the analytical upper range were treated as 100 ng/mL for statistical analysis.

Purpose:

To improve mortality prediction in sepsis patients using a combined biomarker approach.
