Precomputed diffusion kernels for the process2phenotype R package

Description

Precomputed regularised Laplacian diffusion kernels for protein-protein interaction networks, for use with the process2phenotype R package (https://github.com/adjajadikerta/process2phenotype).

Files:
- BioGRID_Human_RLK.rds — Regularised Laplacian kernel for the human BioGRID interactome (24,961 × 24,961 matrix)
- BioGRID_Yeast_RLK.rds — Regularised Laplacian kernel for the yeast BioGRID interactome (7,345 × 7,345 matrix)

Kernels were computed in 2020 using diffuStats::regularisedLaplacianKernel() on binary protein-protein interaction data from BioGRID (Oughtred et al., 2019).
