Scripts related to the Brassica 'A' genome evolutionary history manuscript.

The current package contains scripts corresponding to the analysis pipelines used in the Brassica rapa Pan-Blocks manuscript. These include scripts for constructing the B. rapa Pan-Blocks (located in the ConstructPanBlocks directory), population analysis workflows (located in the PopulationStructureAnalysis directory), and variant detection scripts (located in the GATKscripts directory). Most scripts are written in Perl and incorporate calls to previously published software. Detailed descriptions of these pipelines will be provided in our forthcoming manuscript.
