Minimal training set for SAM

Example dataset for training SAM, a deep learning model for protein conformation generation. The dataset consists in 10 Markov Chain Monte Carlo simulations for 4 peptide sequences. Simulations were carried out with the CAMPARI 4.0 package using the ABSINTH implicit solvent model. The trajectory files store only C alpha coordinates.
