Description
This repository contains files that accompany the Schoelmerich et al. (2023) bioRxiv preprint.
These files include:
- 47 proteins with 8 CxxCH motifs from 17 Borgs and two Methanoperedens genomes bMp and cMp (47_8heme_MHCs.fasta)
- IQ-TREE of concatenated Borg marker proteins from 28 Borgs (CONCAT_28Borgs_40Markers.faa.treefile) and the underlying protein sequences (CONCAT_28Borgs_40Markers.faa)
- AlphaFold2 predicted structural models of Borg proteins
