This repository contains the mat file dataset for the figures in the above manuscript.
The code related to the dataset could be found at 'https://github.com/NuoLiLabBCM/ThomasYangEtAL2023NC'.
Before running code, make sure:
- download the large data associated with these codes at the Zenodo,
- put 'func' and 'CCF_alignment' folders one level above codes/dataset.
