Samples collected on MareNostrum in the period November 2017 to February 2018.
Note, this dataset exceeds the 50GB standard limit of Zenodo, so it has been split into two pieces using the linux command 'split':
split -b 49G MSSM9_all_trimmed.hdf5 Split_MSSM9_all_trimmed_To recover this dataset, download "Split_MSSM9_all_trimmed_aa" from this deposit, as well as "Split_MSSM9_all_trimmed_ab" from the PART B deposit, place them in the same directory, and then run
cat Split_MSSM9_all_trimmed_* > Remerged_MSSM9.hdf5You can verify the integrity of the recombined file using this checksum:
