ETER - European Tertiary Education Register

The European Tertiary Education Register is a database collecting information on Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Europe, concerning their basic characteristics and geographical position, educational activities, staff, finances and research activities (see poster here, a general presentation of ETER here and selected analytical results here).

The main specificity of ETER is providing data at the level of individual higher education institutions, complementary to educational statistics at the country and regional level provided by EUROSTAT.

Curation policy:

1. If an uploaded document has an existing DOI, it will be kept. If there is no DOI, a Zenodo DOI will be minted for the item.
2. Items with Open Access remain Open Access.
3. Items with closed access remain closed.
