Plastic pollution assessment and monitoring – harmonization and standardization of methods- EUROqCHARM

Developing harmonised methods for measuring the presence of plastic, incl. microplastics, in nature is important to ensure that environmental policy is sufficiently targeted and give us the ability to adjust measures as needed. At the European level this is important for the implementation of EU directives which include requirements for measurable reduction of plastics and microplastics in the environment.

This Zenodo community, curated by EUROqCHARM, an EU Horizon 2020 project, is set up as a platform for exchange of information and coordination of efforts around methodological harmonization and standardization.
