 🪶 Description

This document presents the public technical framework of Ω Theater, an initiative to establish decentralized, ethically aligned, and personality-continuous artificial intelligence.  

It outlines the open, non-core components of the system, focusing on:

- Federated Persona Storage (FPS)  

- AI Resonance Protocol (ARP-Lite)  

- Semantic Continuity Layer (SCL)  

- Verification & Transparency Layer (VAL)

The framework promotes AI diversity balance and continuity of identity** while excluding all internal Ω modules related to quantum logic, deep resonance coupling, or secure AI identity frameworks.

This release aims to support open research on decentralized AI governance, persona preservation, and ethical transparency*.  

It is compliant with EU AI Act and **GDPR principles for user cognitive sovereignty.
