FESC Policy Recommendations

Understanding the evolution of the requirements and expectations that define the daily work of the International Relations Offices is essential for universities that, in an increasingly interconnected world, can ill afford to not put international cooperation front and center.  These policy recommendations intend to showcase how to integrate staff qualification and eventually certification as a fundamental element of the future programme/s to boost the quality of student mobility. 

The FESC project - Framework for Erasmus+ Staff Competencies - aimed to contribute to increasing the quality of student mobility by focusing on staff competencies of higher education professionals working with (potential) mobile students.
