Description
An library implementing data structures describing sugar biomolecules. Provides several tools for manipulating structures and compositions, including in-silico derivatization, theoretical fragment generation, mass calculations, motif finding, topological analysis, and more.
It can understand popular text formats such as GlycoCT, IUPAC 3-Letter Code, and GlycomindsLinearCode, and can communicate with major databases like Glycome-DB and glySpace.
